We have had the opportunity to attend a number of events hosted by Sal. Because of his knowledge and education, he brings to the consumer a better understanding of wine tasting / wine appreciation. He does not just talk red and white, he provides the history around the many varieties based on vineyards and regions. “We were so excited to have Sal over for a friend’s Valentine’s Day dinner and wine tasting. His communication ahead of time was excellent and he came prepared and ready to rock. Sal took us on a tour through Italy and he did not disappoint. He was not only educated on wine, but also regional history which was equally interesting and entertaining. He’s also got jokes! We had so much fun…maybe too much! Sal was professional but unpretentious and made everyone feel comfortable asking questions. The wine selection was excellent and had something for everyone. Sal was a delight and all of our guests asked when we could do it again. Our only disappointment was that he couldn’t stay longer! Thank you again, Sal!”
